Reservation Proceedure

1.  Rental cost and cancellation policy.  The rental costs for the gîtes can be found on the individual gîte pages.  A 20% deposit must be paid before the reservation can be confirmed.  The balance is then due no less than eight weeks before the arrival date.  Please note that the deposit is non-refundable; it is strongly advised that you take out holiday insurance.

2.  Reservation procedure.  A Reservation Request form can be received as an email attachment or in the post.  It must be filled out and returned.  Assuming availability, you will then receive a Reservation Contract and the Terms and Conditions.  The Reservation Contract will request payment of the 20% deposit.  The reservation will be held for you for seven days to allow time for the deposit to be made.  It will also advise you when you must pay the balance.  Once the signed and dated Reservation Contract, and the deposit have been received, you will receive a Reservation Confirmation letter confirming your reservation for the said period.

Further Information

1. Arrival and departure.  The gîtes are normally let on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday. However, please enquire, out of high season, for the possibility of altering the duration and the arrival and departure days.  Arrival must be after 4pm, and before 10.30pm.  Departure must be before 10am.

2. Services included.  Electricity, gas and wood are included in the rental cost.  Bed linen, pillows and bath towels are provided each week.  The bath towels are not allowed to be used at the pool or the beach.

3. The swimming-pool.  The swimming-pool is situated in a secure enclosure.  Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.  You are responsible for the safety of yourself and your children at all times.  There are two gates to the swimming- pool enclosure; one is permanently locked and the other is locked with a numeric key pad.  For complete security for our own and any guest children, the combination to the key pad must be known only by the adult guests.  Please do not disclose it to your children, and please ensure that the gate is closed when you leave the swimming-pool enclosure.  For safety reasons and for the protection of the swimming-pool, glass is not allowed to be used in the swimming-pool enclosure; please use the plastic glasses provided.
